Reinforcing the emlyon forever ambassadors team in Singapore – meet Thomas Tricart and Maud Zeller !

After graduating from emlyon business school, I started a career in management consulting. I specialize in Organization Design topics. I have been working with Deloitte Consulting for the past 3.5 years.

I have quickly left Paris for Geneva and then Singapore. I have relied on emlyon forever to identify people who were located where I was moving. This gave me a sense of what was going on in the country and of the areas where emlyon graduates play a role. Moving to Singapore I have participated to more emlyon forever events and this helped me understand the work environment, get advice on how to navigate the culture, and build my convictions on local topics of interest.

Besides the professional and business opportunities that the alumni network can generate, it is also important for me to strengthen the network of the school and the brand image in an increasingly competitive education environment. By bringing people together for events, the ambassadors play a role in generation and exchange of ideas amongst the alumni which is critical for all of us to build the emlyon business school brand or keep it attractive for international companies.

I am proud to join the ambassador network to support the Singapore team further.

Thomas Tricart – emlyon business school forever ambassador in Singapore

Born in France and raised between Europe and Asia, I started my career in Singapore 8 years ago, after graduating from the MSc in Management program at emlyon business school.

I worked 4 years at Unilever in marketing before joining Luxottica to develop their luxury portfolio of brands. This latter experience, highly entrepreneurial, enabled me to test new ideas and work on multiple topics related to business development. This also gave me the opportunity to recruit interns directly from emlyon business school.

Recently, I joined a mission sponsored by my employer for ONESIGHT, a non-profit organization. After 15 intense days and a remarkable operational organization, 7 000 new people in Thailand could have access to vision care. My company was proud, I was proud and my colleagues too.

As I was looking for a new challenge, still highly entrepreneurial combined with a strong purpose, I applied to OneSight to help craft their go to market strategy. Now my KPI is to impact lives sustainably in the region and work with different companies to help craft their corporate social responsibility strategy through OneSight programming.

I reconnected recently with the emlyon forever alumni network and realized that we are very lucky to be part of such an extensive network of smart, humble and open-minded people! When I heard about the new direction that emlyon forever is taking, I wanted to be part of that new adventure! I am grateful to be working with Emmanuel White, Florent Barret and Thomas Tricart!

Together, we are committed to make the alumni community in Singapore even more connected, provide more visibility of different types of gathering, while ensuring we address what our community is looking for.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any suggestions.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you at our next gathering and welcoming our new comers!
